Graduation video

Isabella is a pre-school graduate!

 Isabella graduated pre-school on May 15.  She will now go to kindergarten in the fall!!  Her pre-school had a nice little graduation for the family, followed by a family picnic on the playground.  It really was a nice ending to her 2 years at pre-school.

Flipping Out

Now that it is nice outside, the girls have been spending a lot of time outside playing on the swingset.  Isabella has been wanting to flip on the bar, but I always needed to help her.  Last Friday, she came running inside saying that she had to show me something.  We go outside and she goes to the rings and flips herself over!  She was beyond excited!!  As you can see, Gianna was trying it too, but not quite there.

 

 

The following day, they are outside again.  I was out running errands, but when I returned and was watching from inside the house, I noticed that Gianna could now flip herself over!!  They both were so excited!   It's not surprising that Gianna can do it too.  She is a strong, fearless little girl. 

We are just hoping that we can go through the summer without any broken bones!  Say your prayers! 

Happy Easter

I have been a little behind with blog posts.  It seems like the days go by to fast to get everything done!  With a busy little 2 1/2 yr old, Gianna needs an eye on her most of the day.  ;)

Easter weekend started off with the neighborhood egg hunt.  The girls enjoyed getting lots of eggs!

This year, they even wanted to get their picture taken with the bunny.  Isabella said, "it was a guy in there"  "It was just the bunny's helper."

The Easter bunny came the next morning.  He hid eggs and the girls had baskets full of goodies!  He even ate some of the carrots that Isabella wanted to leave out for him.  

It was a beautiful day in Colorado on Easter!  We went to our church's outdoor Easter service. This year, we didn't even need to use blankets! It started our day out perfectly!

 We ended the day with a brunch with the Martini family house.  It was a great day!  We hope you all had a blessed Easter too!

Christmas 2012

 Christmas was really fun this year.  It gets more exciting each year, as the girls get older.  Isabella really gets into it and Gianna does whatever her big sister does.  It was a nice, quiet Christmas this year.  We even had a pretty snowfall that started on Christmas Eve! 

We hope you all had a very blessed Christmas holiday and we wish you all a very Happy New Year!

Christmas Pagent Time

 Isabella "starred" in another preschool Christmas program.  She is the smiley yellow star below.  It was such a cute program and all of the children did a great job!

The Most Wonderful Tiime of the Year

 Last weekend we went to the sneak preview of Denver Zoo lights with the CU Alumni Club.  It was a great evening to go, not too cold.  It also was not too crowded, so it made it even more enjoyable.  We were given free hot cocoa and snacks.  The girls had a great time!
