Future Dancer

Today was the last day Isabella will be at dance class before summer break.  The girls have learned a dance for a recital, called "Babyface".  Unfortunately, we are going to be out of town, so Isabella won't be in it this year.  She doesn't mind and loves doing it!

A Disney visit.....well not quite

At the Orlando airport, there is a Disney Store.  Outside of the store was Snow White.  Yep, that is closest Isabella got to Disney World.  She was in heaven.  Just think if she got to go see the real thing!  She even made Anthony take a picture of Puppy and Polly sitting on her lap.  :)

Easter 2012

We enjoyed a yummy Easter brunch with Gammy & Gampy on Easter Sunday.  We had just gotten back from Florida the day before, so it was a small group.  We hope you all had a very Blessed Easter!

1st Family Trip to the Ocean

We took our first family trip to Florida to spend time with Grandpa Martini and all of that side of the family.  We all stayed in the same hotel, right on the beach, so it was great!!  It was the first time Isabella and Gianna saw the ocean and played in the sand.  Isabella didn't like the ocean, but Gianna loved it!  Isabella would have loved to spend the whole time in the pool.  The weather was fantastic and getting to spend time with everyone was great too!

Enjoying the beautiful day!

She enjoyed the waves.

Isabella with Great Grandpa Martini....priceless.

On Good Friday, we went to Anthony's cousins house, Mike and Krissy, for an early Easter celebration with all of the family.  We had a great day there, with yummy food and fun times!
Isabella took this one herself.

At Krissy & Mike's pool.  The girls loved it!

Singing Girls

I recently caught video of Isabella and Gianna singing the "Hello Song" from music class, while in the tub.  I was really wanting to capture Gianna, because she is trying so hard to talk.  It is pretty cute.  Click on the link below.

Yesterday, Isabella had pajama day at pre-school.  She was very excited for the day!  She got to wear her pajamas, eat pizza for lunch and "puppy" got to go with her!  It was also someones birthday, so they ended the day with a chocolate cupcake!  Sounds like a good day to me!  She was exhausted when she got home and fell asleep on the couch.  It was a good day.

Happy Valentine's Day 2012

Happy Valentine's Day to you all!  It is a beautiful day here in Colorado!  We hope your day is happy and full of love too!  Below is my attempt at pictures this morning before Isabella went to school.

Isabella, our cutie pie.  What a sweet smile.

Gianna, our 'babycakes'.  Not in the mood for a photo session this morning.
Today was also a big day because I took Gianna to get her first haircut.  I was tired of it hanging in her face and of the mullet she was sporting.  I didn't get very good pictures of her because I had to hold her.  She did get a certificate with a lock of hair and they took her picture after she was done.  She did pretty well.  Cried a little, but not too bad.  She doesn't like bows or anything in her hair, so the stylist didn't make her hair pretty at the end.  Gianna sure had a big smile though.  (Probably because she got a sucker.)

Snow and more snow

We had a significant February snowfall over the last 40 hours.  I think Anthony shoveled 4-5 times and I shoveled once in those hours.  If we didn't keep up on it, it would have been torture today.  After clearing everything this morning, we took the girls out to play in the snow.  Isabella lasted about 5 minutes, Gianna didn't want to come back inside.  :)  Gianna was so bundled up that when she fell down, which was often, she was like a turtle on it's back.  She couldn't get up.  Nor, could she sit up on the sled.  That is why, in the last picture, she looks like a person who was injured on the mountain and is being taken down the hill on a sled. :)

Gianna sitting on top of the snow mound.  Soon after she toppled over.
Falling down and loving it.
Gianna & Isabella being "cheesy".  Had to get a quick picture before Isabella went back inside.  Yes, Isabella's gloves are extra large for her.  They don't make small waterproof gloves.
